APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF MAPLE HILLS ESTATES
ADDITION No. 1
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval
for the final plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Vernon, known as Maple Hills Estates Addition No. 1, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of .the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the
Common Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the Pinal
plat of a proposed known as Maple Hi1l.s
Estates Addition
