RE-APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKE LORE
ESTATES
WHEREAS, on August 10, 1976, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #134-76, entitled, Approval of Final Plat of Lake
Lore.Estates"., and-.
WHEREAS, on September -14;.~1976,~~the.'Common.eounci-l Yadop'ted - -~
Resolution #178-76,'.'entitIed, Approval of- D-ocuments for Lake.
Lore Est-ates~, and
WHEREAS, the submittal of the final plat has been delayed
beyond the legal limits as prescribed by State Statutes and
the city's Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-approve the final plat of
Lake Lore Estates, ..
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby. re-approve the final plat
of Lake Lore Estates which was originally approved on
August 10, 1976.
