RESOLUTION #9-=
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR LAWCON
FUNDING
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended
their capital budget for 1977 which includes several
projects involving the possibility of LAWCON funding, and
WHEREAS, applications for LAWCON funding must be submitted
by February 1, 1977, if the city hopes to receive some
aids, and
WHEREAS, the filing of an application in no way commits
the city to the proposed projects for 1977, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to authorize
the applications for projects involving LAWCON funding,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Park and Recreation
Department to prepare the necessary applications for LAWCON
funding.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the documents
