CCR1977006WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted a resolution accepting
the low bid of Rock Contractors for the Freedom Acres
Sewer Project and further authorized the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the necessary agreement, and
WHEREAS, the executed contract provided for comp.letion
of the contract by March 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS, Rock Contractors has requested that the completion
date be extended to May I, 1977 because of the problems
they are experiencing with the snb-soils, and
WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers have recommended
approval of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby by approve the request of Rock
Contractors to extend the completion date of their contract
with the city to install sewers j.n the Freedom Acres
Subdivision from March 1, 1977 to May 1, 1977.
