CCR1977005DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO AMEND CH. 12, SEC.
.12.01 (5) (e) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE
NUKBER OF CLASS "B" FEPJENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSES
FROM 39 TO 40
WHEREAS, Mr. Jeffrie L. Coba, acting as Agent for Pizza Hut of
Suburban Milwaukee, Inc., has requested a Class "B" Felmented
Malt Beverage License €or a building to be constructed on
Janesvi1l.e Road ilnmediately west of the Clark Service Station,
and
WEREAS, it would be necessary to amend Chapter 12, Sec. 12.01
(5)(c) of the city's Municipal. Code by increasing the number
of permitted Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage Licenses from
39 to 40, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee feels that it is necessary
to determine the wishes of the majority of the Conunon Council
in the matter,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to amend
Chapter 12, Sec. 12.01 '(5)(c) of the city's Municipal Code
by increasing the permitted Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
Licenses from 39 to 40.
