DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Country Club Oaks)
('From A to RCE Country Estate with an OPD)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that approximately 12 acres of land in
Section 26 at the end of Groveway Lane be rezoned from
Agriculture to WE Country Estate with an Overlay for
Planned Unit Development.
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
draft the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district
map of the city by rezoning the following described property
from A to RCE Country Estate with OPD.
