AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
OF MUSKEG0 AND THE SLATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
FOR ADDRESSOGRAPH AND GRAPHOTYPE BETWEEN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
Preventive Maintenance Agreement between the City of Muskego
and the Slater Equipment Company for the city's /I1900 address0-
graph and the ll6300 graphotype be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between
the City of Muskego and the Slater Equipment Company €or a
Preventive Maintenance Agreement for a lI1900 addressograph
and a /I6300 graphotype at a cost not to exceed $232.96 for
the year 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
