AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF INTEREST FOR PREPAYMENT
OF SEWER ASSESSMENT
(Ottman - Arrowood)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request from Mr. and Mrs.
Leo Ottman and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Arrowood to waive the
interest for prepayment of sewer assessments on property
owned by them in the amount of $6,000.85 (Ottman) and
$2,495.00 (Arrowood) , and
WHEREAS, although the December 1, 1976, deadline has passed
it would be in the best interest of the city to receive the
funds,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby waive the prepayment penalty for
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Ottman and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Arrowood
in the amount of $6,000.85 (Ottman) and $2,495.00 @rrowood).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to
accept the payment if received by December 31, 1976.
