ACCEPTING SEWER INSTALLATION IN GUERNSEY MEADOWS
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the installation of sewers in the Guernsey Meadows
Subdivision has been completed, and
WHEREAS, said installation has been approved by the Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewage Commission and the city's consulting
engineers and the sewers are now operable,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the sewer installation
in the Guernsey Meadows Subdivision as part of the city's
sewer utility.
