APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Maple Hills Estates Addition No. 2)
Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon,
known as Maple Hills Estates Addition No. -2, and-
WHEREAS, .it is within the-three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat of
a proposed subdivision known as Maple Hills Estates Addition
No. 2.
