AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 TO
TO SIGN APPLICATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES GRANT-IN-AID FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin
is planning construction of sanitary sewers in the Freedom
Acres and Bay Lawn Subdivisions known as. Projects MSS-1-76
and WSS-2-76, and
WHEREAS, tbe Comop Council desires tq submit a request
for Stafe GyantyIn-Aid Fqds under Section 144.21, Wisconsin
Statutes,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Ctty of
Mus8ego is hereby authorized to sign and submit the
appJication fprms necessary to request such State funds.
