APPROVAL OF EASEMENTS FOR TESS CORNERS
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the approval of several divisions of land in
the Tess Corners Industrial Park was subject to the
owner providing proper drainage, and
WHEREAS, easementshave been prepared to protect the
drainageways, and
WHEREAS, authorization to execute the easements is
necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and
Clerk to execute the several easements involved in the
Tess Corners Industrial Park.
