AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO DESIGN RECONSTRUCTION
OF MARTIN DRIVE IN AREaOF FORMER NIKE SITE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has had under consideration
the reconstruction and relocation of a portion of Martin
Drive in the area of the former Nike Site, and
WHEREAS, it is possible that 70% of the cost would be paid
for by the federal government, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have Ruekert & Mielke begin
the design of the planned reconstruction,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the engineering firm
of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare plans and specifications for
the reconstruction and relocation of Martin Drive in the
vicinity of the former Nike Site.
