ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS the city has received an offer to purchase Lot 1
Block 1 in the Muskego Industrial Park from Ronald Bad-
ertscher in the amount of $10,071.00, and
WHEREAS, the bffer to purchase includes contingencies
relating to soil conditions, and
WHEREAS, the ciry's real estate broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
has recommended accepting the offer subject to several
conditions,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
Lot 1 Block 1 in the Muskego Business/IndustrFal Park
from Ronald Badertscher subject to the following conditions:
1. That the frontage of the lot as listed on
the offer to purchase be changed to 143 feet.
2. That the buyer submit an additional $600.00
in earnest money.
3. That the contingency regarding soil condition
guarantees be completely eliminated,
