APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Lincolnshire Subdivision)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a re-division of Outlot 1 and
Lot 9, Block 2 in Lincolnshire Subdivision to create two
buildable lots, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed re-division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
to finalize a re-division of Outlot 1 and Lot 9, Block 2 in
Lincolnshire Subdivision, subject to approval of the City
Engineer.
