EXTENDING DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM TO
JULY 1, 1977
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego on the
28th day of October, 1975, adopted Resolution #235-76,
Declaring a Moratorium on Major Developments in the North-
east and Northwest Sewer Districts, and
WHEREAS, that resolution stated that the need for a
continuation of the moratorium shall be reviewed annually
by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the
moratorium be extended to July 1, 1977,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby extend the present moratorium
on major developments in the northeast and northwest
sewer districts to July 1, 1977.
