AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF CONTpACT BE"WI$EN
ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICES AND THE CITY OB
MUSKEGO FOR THE YEAR 1976
GRiEREAS, the City of Muskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blpe Crpss-Blw
Shield to employees of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reconnnendeq that the
City 0s Muskego renew their coqtract with Associated
Hospital Services, Inc. to cover eqployees for Fhe yesr
1977,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the renewal of cheir
contract with Associate8 Hospikal Service$, Inc. to provide
Blue Cross-Blue Shield Insurance to employees of the City
of Muskego for the year 1977.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in tho name of the City.
