APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a certified survey map by Elmer & Jerome Tinti for a &parcel
division of property-lying in Section 8.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map subject to review of the city engineers,
and
WHEREAS, the city engineer has given his approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve a certified survey map covering a
4-parcel division lying in Section 8.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the city
receiving financial assurance that sufficient money is available
to install the necessary sewer and roads into this property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject to the
submittal of sufficient bond to assure the removal of the cul-de-
sac'.
