ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS /INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Cade Construction Co., Inc.)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $17,000.00 for the
purchase of Lots 4 & 5, Blk 1 in the City's Business/Industrial
Park by Cade Construction Co., Inc., and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a parcel
of land Lots 4 & 5, Blk 1 in the City's Business/Industrial Park
from Cade Construction Co., Inc. for a price of $17,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
