AUTHORIZING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR IBM TYPEWRITERS
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
maintenance agreement between City of Muskego and
IBM Corporation for three typewriters in the Clerk's
office and one in Building Inspection be authorized,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed main-
tenance agreement between the City of Muskego and the IBM
Corporation for three typewriters in the Clerk's office
and otre in Building Inspection in the amount of $54.50 each,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to

execute the agreement in the name Of the city, said agree-
ment to expire October 31, 1977.
