APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND THE WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY
(Re: Mill Valley)
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Department has begun the
installation of lights for the Mill Valley ball fields, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary thee: a guaranteed electric service
line extension agreement be executed between the Wisconsin
Electric Power Company and the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the agreement establishes a four-year cost of
$3,984.00 ($83.42 per month) of guaranteed electric use
to the Electric Company, and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the agreement is to not require
the payment by the City of Muskego for underground work
done by the Electric Company,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute the necessary agreement subject to approval by
the City Attorney.
