ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Smart Roofing Cb.)
WHEREAS, the city has received ad o€fer of $8,500.00 for the
purchase of Lot 2, Block 1 in the City'e Business/Industrial
Park by Smart Roofing Co., and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a parcel
of land Lot 2, Block 1, in the City's Business/Industrial Park
from Smart Roofing Co, for a price of $8,500,00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents In the name of the city.
