APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Root River Investment Co.)

WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for
approval of a certified survey map of a one-parcel
division by the Root River Investment Co. - Ada Butcher
for lands lying in Section 2, in the Tess Corners Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the certified survey map subject to review by the city
engineer, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a one-parcel division for the Root River Investment
Co. - Ada Butcher for land lying in Section 2 in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park, subject to the approval of the
city engineer.
