APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Ormah Walrath)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of the
Ormah Walrath property on Woods Road in Section 16, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the two parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
to finalize a two parcel division of the Onah Walrath
property on Woods Road in Section 16. subject to approval of
the City Engineer.
