AUTHORIZING MOVEMENT OF LIBRARY EMPLOYEE FROM
POSITION OF LIBRARY CLERK TO LIBRARY TECHNICIAN
WHEREAS, Mrs. Delphine Stapleton is presently classified as
a Library Clerk which has the following salary steps;

18 Months
and
$436.72
504.18
547.18
WHEREAS, Mrs. Stapleton has held that position for five years,
and
WHEREAS, the Library Board has requested that she be classified
as a Library Technician;

and
that Mrs. Stapleton’s duties are more closely related to the
job specifications of a Library Technician and have recommended
that the request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Library Board and
the Finance committee, does hereby approve the reclassification
of Mrs. Delphine Stapleton from Library Clerk;
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee in reviewing the request noted

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employee would be at the 18 month
step and that the reclassification becomes effective beginning
