SETTING THE PLTBLLC HEARING DATE FOR
REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the Common Council
from Mr. Adrian D. Schmidt to rezone approximately 24 acres
of his property in the SWk of Section 5 from R-1 to RS-1,
and
I.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07 of
the city's municipal code it is necessary to hold a public
hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
for the rezoning request from Adrian D. Schmidt to rezone
approximately 24 acres of his property in the SWi of Section
5 from R-1 to RS-1 for December 14, 1976, at 7:OO P.M.
