SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
REZONING REQUEST
(Knudsen)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the Common Council
from Mr. Richard Knudsen to rezone a parcel of land in
Section 5 from RS-2 to RSA, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07 of
the city's municipal code it is necessary to hold a
public hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
for the rezoning request from Richard Knudsen to rezone
a parcel of land in Section 5 from RS2 to RSA for December
14, 1976, at 7:15 P.M.
