APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Ceille)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request for
approval of a preliminary plat from Mrs. L. A. Ceille
for a proposed 38 lot subdivision adjacent to Freedom
Acres Subdivision in Section 11, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has adopted Resolution
#P.C. 120-76 recommending approval of the preliminary
plat, and
WHEREAS, sewer service for this proposed subdivision
would be provided in conjunction with the Freedom Acres -
Bay Lawn area project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the preliminary
plat received from Mrs. L. A. Ceille for a proposed 38 lot
subdivision adjacent to Freedom Acres Subdivision in
Section 11.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the city receiving an acceptable developer's agreement
and deed restrictions for the proposed subdivision.
