ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR NEW HIGHWAY TRUCK

WHEREAS, the Public
bid of G.M.C. Metro
WHEREAS, the 1976 Public Works Capital Budget provides for
the purchase of a new highway dump truck, and
WHEREAS, bids for said equipment have been advertised for,
and
WHEREAS,, the following bids have been received:

1977 G.M.C. 5,660.00
Works Committee has recommended that the
in the amount of $5,660.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of G.M.C. Metro
for a new 1977 Model G.M.C. highway dump truck.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
