I ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED
LAND ON DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
5.50 acres of land on Durham Drive in Section 11 from William
Bailey in the amount of $15,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase 5.50 acres
of land on Durham Drive in the amount of $15,000.00 from
William Bailey.
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the
