RESOLUTION #196-76
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, Section 65.05 (6) (b) of the Wisconsin Statues permits
the budgetqry adjustments listed below by the Cmn Council,
and
WHEREAS, it has been depelpl+-ted by the Finance Conunittee that
several neqessary departmental budget expenditqrqs exceeded
that amount budgeted in 1976,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Councf.1 of the City
of Muskego does he,reby direct the City Clerk-Camptroller to
make the following trar)paftions within the 19P6 budget:
To transfer the following amounts from Account 0602.049,
Contingency Fund, to the following accounts:
508.015, Cost - Jury Triels, etc. $ 3,009:OO
511.074, Notor Vehicle 1,526.00
511.076 Umbrella 7 Excess Liability 5q0.00 520.017, Salaries & Wageg - Janitorial 546 00
507.012, Election Fees 1,543.00

and
