CCR1976194RESOLUTION #194-76
AUTHORIZING PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO ISSUE NON-TRAFFIC
CITATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE #316
WHEREAS, the Common Council had adopted Ordinance #316 creating
Section 1.06 (10) of the Municipal Code which provides for
issuance of citations in non-traffic ordinance violations,
and
WHEREAS, that ordinance provides that the Common Council
shall designate, by resolution, public officials who may
issue citations with respect to ordinance which are directly
related to the official responsibility of the officials, and
WHEREAS, the city attorney has recommended that the necessary
resolution be adopted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby designate the following public officials
as those individuals who may issue citations:
Building Inspector
Deputy Building Inspectors
Superintendent of Public Works
