CCR1976193RESOLUTION #193-76 RESOLUTION DIRECTING NOTICE OF FINAL DETERMINATION (Northeast District - L12) WHEREAS, the Common Council has made its final determination of special aseeesmente and it is necessary to notice the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall ive notice of such final determination in the form attached as Exh f bit “A”, which has a general circulation in the City and in the assessment distriat known as Northeast Dietrict L-12 and is hereby found to be likely to give notice to the persons affected thereby, and by mailing a copy of the same to every interested person whoee post office addreas ie kno~n, or can with reaeonabla diligence be ascertained. A copy of said final resolution, together with all document8 mentioned therein, is on file in the office of the City Clerk, Wl80 50200 Racine Avenue, Huskego, Wisconsin, and ie open for public inspection between the hours of 8:OO - 12:OO A.M. end lt00 - S:OO P.H., daily. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: (1) The said Report, including the statement aa to the aetimated cost of said improvement and the schedule of amwntq bseqeeed a8 to each parcel of said real estate, be and the same hereby is fipally determined to be correct and is finally approved and aQopted, and said statement of cost and schedule of assessments am hereby finally determined to be correct and are finally approved and adopted as heretofore modified. (2) The Plans and Specifications incorporated i~to sdd Report are hereby finally determined to be correct and arg hereby finally approved and adopted as heretofore modified.
