AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $500.00 FOR
HALLOWEEN FESTIVITIES
WHEREAS, the Muskego Jaycees have advised the Finance Committee
that it is their intent to once again hold Halloween festivities
on Sunday, October 31, 1976, and
WHEREAS, they have requested that some financial aid be provided
by the city, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee is of the opinion that the
Halloween program planned is of benefit to a great number of
children in the city and therefore have recommended that an
amount of $500.00 be provided to offset some of the costs,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the amount of $500.00 be given to the
Muskego Jaycees to help offset the cost of the Halloween
festivities being held on Sunday, October 31, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER &SOLVED that there shall be transferred from
Account 1j602.0490, Contingency Fund, the amount of $500.00 to
Account #602.0450, Miscellaneous.
