APPROVAL OF SEWER SERVICE FOR A FOUR PARCEL
DIVISION OF LAND ADJACENT TO HILLENDALE
HEIOHTS SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, Mr. Elmer Tinti has requested permission to have a
parcel of land adjacent to Hillendale Heights Subdivision
served by public. sewer, and
WHEREAS, the area involved consists of four .parcels and
therefore is within :the limits established .by the Common :,
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan commission has- given preliminary approval
to Mr. Tinti's request for a four parcel division, and
WHEREAS, the Public-Sewer Committee has recommended that
he be granted his .request, e " THEREFORE, Bk IT RES0LVED"that- the Common .Council of the,
City of Muskego does hereby-.approve the. request. of Mr. Elmer
Tinti for public sewers-.to serve a four parcel division
adjacent to Hillendale-Heights Subdivision.
