APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF $500.00 FINAL PAYMENT
OF HIGHWAY 24 SEWER PROJECT

WHEREAS, at the completion of Sewer Project #MSS 1-74,
$500.00 was retained by the city^ to assure completion of
all restoration, and
WHEREAS, Supt. Bertram has advised the Public Works
Committee that all restoration is complete and has
recommended that the $500.00 be released,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk to
release $500.00 to the Leo Dretzka Company for final
paymenc of work involved in the construction of sewers
for the MSS 1/1-74 Sewer Project.
