ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
SEWER CONNECTIONS

WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the installation of sewer
connections to the balance of the residents in the 'IC" and "GI'
Districts who have not connected to the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the

following bids have been recieved:

Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the low
Lang be accepted for the above listed properties, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bids of John Lang in the amounts
of $1,428.00 for S76 W18173 Janesville Road, $1,250.00 for S67 W13882
Hardwicke Place and $925.00 for S65 W12636 Byron Road, for connection
to the city's sewer system,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary contracts in the name of the city.
