APPROVAL OF DEED RESTRICTIONS AND OPEN SPACE AGREEMENT
FOR KRISTIN DOWN
to the planned unit development of Kristin Down, and
WHEREAS, the Comon Council has given final approval to the
WHEREAS, that approval was subject to the execution of deed restrictions and open space agreements, and
WHEREAqthe city attorney and the ci.ty's zoning officer have
recommended approval of the submitted documents.
THEREFOR& BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of t.he City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed deed restrictions
and does hereby authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute
the open space agreement for Kristin Down subdivision. 7
