CCR1976165WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a renewal
of Conditional Use Grant 837 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that the permit be granted, and
WHEREAS, the city has on file a restoration bond in the amount
of $75,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the restoration
bond be increased to $100,000.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
and does hereby approve the renewal of Conditional Use Grant 1/37
for an extractive permit for State Sand and Gravel and Payne and
Dolan of Wisconsin for the period from July 2, 1976, to July 2, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the restoration bond is increased to $100,000.
