DENIAL OF GRIEVANCE OF MARVELYN PUFALL
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a grievance
filed by Mrs. Marvelyn Pufall involving Section 17 of
the contract between the City of Muskego and the Wis-
consin Council of County and Municipal Employees - Local
2414, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and
WHEREAS, the department head and Finance Committee have
denied the claim and the next step in the arbitration
process is actually by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, after hearing the matter, does hereby
deny the grievance filed by Mrs. Marvelyn Pufall.
