RESOLUTION XMENDIhG HE CITY OF MUSKEG0 (AS Amended ?>
CAPITAL IMPI<OVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1976
WHEREAS, following a public hearing on the 1976 City of
Muskego Budget the Common Council established a Capital
Budget Program for 1976 in the amount of $767,366.00, and
WHEREAS, the call for a referendum has delayed projects
previously planned to be accomplished in 1976 to the
exrent that a reduced capital budget for 1976 is more
practical, and
WHEFEAS, the Finance Committee, after consultation with
department heads, has recornnlended that the capital budget
for 1976 be reduced to $180,991.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby amend its previously approved
1976 Capital Budget as following:
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

4-wheel drive truck 5,000.00
3" diaphram trash pump
