CORRECTING ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT
(Northwest Aluminum and Brass Foundry)
WEREAS, the City Assessor has advised the City Clerk
that an error was made in the 1976 assessment of the
Northwest Aluminum and Brass Foundry on Property Tax
Key PN-005, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a refund in the
amount of $597.00 for overpayment of personal property,
taxes for 1976 be made to Northwest Aluminum and Brass
Foundry,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize a refund in
the amount of $597.00 to the Northwest Aluminum and
Brass Foundry, to cover overpayment of taxes as a result
of an error in the assessment.
