APPROVAL OF LEGAL STATUS
(Zickert)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request
from William Zickert for legal lot status of Lots 16
and 26 in the Dreikosen Plat which are adjacent to
Kristin Downs Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the request for legal lot status resulted
from the construction of Kristin Downs Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the request because it is adjacent to an outlot
in Kristin Downs Subdivision and therefore feels that
the city's continuing concern for proliferation of
high density development would not be compromised,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby grant legal lot status
for Lots 16 and 26 in the Dreikosen Plat.
