RESOLUTION #152- 76
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Arlein Kapke)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three parcel division of the
Arlein Kapke property on Berger Lane in the NE 114 of
Section 1, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the three parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
to finalize a three parcel division of the Arlein Kapke
property on Berger Lane in the NE 114 of Section 1.
