t- DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lots 13 and 14,
Mill Valley Heights, unrecorded subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reconanended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Cpuncil of the
City of' Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the request of Mr. Kenneth Koepsel
for legal status for Lots 13 and 14, Mill Valley Heights,
unrecorded subdivision.
