GRANTING SEWER CONNECTIONS TO WILDFLOWER
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego had previously approved a planned
unit development for Parkland Developers which included the
right to 126 sewer connections on the south side of S.T.H. 24, and
WHEREAS, the developer was given until July 1, 1976, to begin the
construction of the development, and
WHEREAS, the developer has failed to do so, and
WHEREAS, the developers of the Wildflower Planned Unit Development
have requested that that they be granted the opportunity to connect
into the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee, noting that a planned unit development
concept had previously been approved by the Plan Commission and
Common Council, has recommended that municipal sewers be granted for
forty (40) single family lots, forty-two (42) apartments,and forty-four
(44) zero lot line units.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Sewer Committee, does hereby grant to the
developers of the Wildflower Planned Unit Development sewer connection
for forty (40) single family lots, forty-two (42) apartments and
forty-four (44) zero lot line units.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to final
approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council of the proposed
Wildflower Planned Unit Dgvylopment. d DATED THIS jy DAY OF l&&,L/
