AUTHORIZING ONE-YEAR AGREEMENT BETWEEN XEROX
COMPANY AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(copy machine)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego presently has an agreement
with the Xerox Company for the use of their copy
machine on a month to month basis, and
WHEREAS, it would be advantageous for the city to
contract for the use of the machine for a peripd of
twelve months, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
said contract be executed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation
of the Finance Committee the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute a one-year agreement between the Xerox
Company and the City of Muskego for the use of their
copy machine.
