AUTHORIZING RUEKIRT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
AND ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FORCED HOOK-UPS
WHEREAS, there are four residents of the city, residing in the
Sewer Districts who have not connected into the city's municipal
sewer system, and
WHEREAS, they have been given notice that hook-up is required or
the city would have it done and placed on the tax roll, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has now recommended that
Ruekert 8z Mielke prepare the specifications and advertise for bids
for forced hook-up for the residents wfio have not connected into
the city's municipal sewer system,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Committee,
authorize the engineering firm of Ruelrert Fs Mielke to prepare the
specifications and to advertise for bids for the forced hook-up
to the following properties that have not connected into the city's
municipal sewer system, S76 W18179 Janesville Road, S67 W13882
Hardwicke Place, S71 W19638 Simandl Drive, and S65 W12636 Byron Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is authorized to
accept the lowest bids in the name of the city and that the Clerk
and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary documents in
the name of the city. n n
