AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT TO RAZE COTTAGE
(Bass Bay La)
WHEREAS the Building Inspector of the City of Muskego
has made an inspection of the property located at
W162 S7952 Bay Lane and upon said inspection found
that the buildings thereon were so old and dilapidated
that it would be unsafe and unsanitary to repair them,
and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested that the city tear
down !:he buildings and place the cost thereof on the
tax roll and against the property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the
Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement between Edna
Pueschel and the city to remove the buildings located
at W162 S7952 Bay Lane
against the properhy .
and charge the cost Thereof
