APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to create a four parcel division of property and
a road in the Tess Comers Industrial Park,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to
create a four parcel division and a road in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park.
BE IT E'URTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of a $33,000.00 bond to assure completion of roads and installa-
tion of sewers.
